Looks like a 9/8, could be wrong though.

Concur. W9/8. Reverse die RD2, which minted only about 4% of the 1859 W9/8 mintage.

That's what I thought (Or that's what I thought about 10 years ago) but am now just dusting off the collection and reviewing them all..
