I found this missouri State Quarter and it looks like a double mouth on the face. Thought it looked alittle different so I wanted to share it.

Thanks for sharing! It could be a strike-through error, but seems more likely to be well-placed PMD.


Added: when I blow up your pic, it becomes too pixelated to see anything. Maybe you could post a close-up of the mouth area?
