I want to know why on these 2 74 s pennies he looks like this? I have gone through many pennies and this caught my eye. Lincoln sitting in chair looks like this. Tell me what you think because I don't know.

You mean in better relief, seen better? It appears an EDS early die state, before any polishing was done. the chair is such a shallow portion that it will be th first to lose consistency.
