I bought this coin several years ago. It is a 90 degree rotated reverse. According to https://www.rotateddies.com, it is an R6 or 13-30 known. The weight is right on as I weighed it with a gram scale.

Thanks guys! I also have an 1897 Indian Head cent which has a 180 degree rotated reverse. I will put that one up to share soon.
