Cool note. Anyway you could post full front and back photos ?
By the serial number, it should be with motto. The BEP printed way more without motto stars.

Please do not sully perfectly good threads with references to god-awful birthday notes.

Anyway, this nice star would probably have been printed early in 1962, with a very small run of just over I million. Super catch!

, Lorigirls! From the small portion of the note we can see, it looks to be in pretty good shape. Maybe a wrinkle next to the seal, but could just be the lighting.
