Changed my original, was wrong, cut sheet perhaps, what's the reverse? Edges aren't straight, Johnnies moving into bills now!

It seems to be miscut, not misprinted. I don't know much about notes, so I'll leave that to others. It looks very interesting to me, however, I suspect that someone took an uncut sheet and created this. In that case, it is still worth $1 in exchange at a bank.
Where did you get it?
@Crazyb0
The serials are not a match.

 to CCF. That's bogus. Some clown cut that out of a sheet and wasted the sheet in the process. Quite a shame.

@crazy, the SNs don't match, look more closely. Someone is having some fun.

The note was purposely cut from a sheet to look like an error.
Sheets serial numbers for this series start at 96000000.

These we're being passed off on ebay as "faux cutting errors" several years ago by some slime ball sellers. Be very leary of ANY cutting error ..... especially modern notes with high serial numbers.

It looks like it has been cut out with scissors; the sides are not straight!

Completely fake! Not even cut from a genuine sheet. No genuine sheet would have serial numbers that far apart.
So it is a fake cutting error of a fake sheet.
Worth nothing.

I beg your pardon ness-52....the sheet is genuine, the cutting is spurious.

There are some peculiar stains in the margins and the paper has clearly been folded in odd places.
Cut AND paste?

Just go to ebay and type in "false cutting error" in the coins and paper money catagory and you'll find similiar fake cutting errors for sale. Instead of using the French term "faux", Sellers now use the English words "false" or "fake". End result is the same. People buy them and they get sold down the road to unknowledgeable victims. The notes then end up on forums like this where we end up being the bearers of bad news.
