They haven't mintmark as the following issues. I know that Cairo mint was already closed in that period, but I didn't find any clear information about it. If a H or W mark was added it would be at the bottom of one of the sides. For this reason I asked where the coins without mintmarks were struck, because I remember (but you can say if my memory is quite good ) that Cairo mint was closed when Egypt fell under British control in 1884 Report this Post to the Staff

I misunderstood what you were asking. My apologies. According to The Statesman's Yearbook for 1901 (via books.google.com), Egyptian coins at that time were being produced at Berlin.
