I recently been looking trying to find some new varieties and I was just wondering if this would be considered doubling,or not on United, and the date as well thanks

The image is more pixelated than my mother in law. LOL (I don't have a mother in law) But I figured out what you have. The areas above the device that are showing gray? That is called split plating. During the striking process, the copper plating was split through from an extra strong strike. This split the thin plating there.

It is just coin damage from the strike. No premium. A spender.
