1970D's seem to have a lot of those for some reason. Wonder if in the 12 o'clock point on the die holder was a holding screw or something that may have effected so many dies?

Not sure Crazyb0 about the issue, but I have found a lot of these from the 70's.

Thanks Hobo, you are right about the cosmetics but you should have seen it before the acetone soak and the Verdi-Care treatment.

Thanks Mark, good hearing from you. No, the only $$$ I spent of that was to pay uncle Sam his share of it. I had a medical situation that had me down for a minute but I'm back up now. Thanks friend.

Very nice "Spiked Head"! Those LMC's from the 1970's seem to be kinda common for some reason.
