I got them from the bank like I stated when I was asked where I got them. I personally would never buy any coins that cost more then face value. I buy rolls from the banks and search them. If I find something worth more then face value I sell it. I have a wiconsin state extra leaf on ebay right now I started the bidding at $25. It might be worth more then that but I'm totally ok with what ever I get.

Newguy - you shouldn't avoid buying rolls of coins if you think/know that they may have variety/errors. It may end up a good investment. Just do your homework...pay what you can or feel that they are worth. Would you pass paying $8 on a roll of BU 1959D nickels if you knew they were a sought variety? You might make your money back on the first few coins.

Bottom line: it's great to get lucky and snag a roll of fine coins for face value from the bank, but it's not the only way to acquire fine coins (at a fair price) that you may want for your personal collection or trade. Good luck on the hunt!

Is it an Extra Leaf High or Extra Leaf Low? I found a Low one a little while back and sold it for $26:

I believe the High version is worth more, though. Not bad for finding in change.

It's my birth year, and I bought one at a LCS probably 45 years ago to put together a birth year set, and I bet I paid a quarter for it, so all you have to do is find 40 people like me.

Because he/she said so themselves ... you need to get past the grammar and spelling ... but here is the OP statement on origin of the roll:
Well, it was stated after I made my assumption, so I still goofed. Or I am psychic. But I do not believe in the paranormal.
