Hey Guys, I was going to file this one when the light hit it just right. There is some kind of red stuff mostly on the reverse. I can't find any reference to this, please help.

@Hwy14, yes I'm just seeing honest wear and tear on this cent (plus the bonus red substance). Maybe add an arrow to a pic that you see the doubling?
