Hi, Not sure what to make of these streaks coming off of the top of Monticello. Are they die cracks, die clashes or just scratches from over polishing. Appreciate any input.

From what I see, I think what your are referring to are die-polishing lines (scratches).

It's die polishing since the lines are raised on the coin (the lines are incused on the die). It happens when they need to polish out a Die Clash. Die Clashes often causes bad damage to the die and that's why they have to polish them out and it extends the life of the die if they do it.
