I don't think that would qualify as a spiked head. It looks more like a plating issue. It is hard to tell sometimes but if it we're a spiked head or any other die crack for that matter, you would see metal flowing out of the crack. A lot of times these Zincolns have plating issues that can mimic cracks because of being in a line but they are usually smooth and a little rounded like a speed bump.

Here's an example I just found tonight of a spiked head. Notice how sharp and jagged it is. Plus a true spiked head I believe is supposed to extend from Abe's noggin to the rim of the coin if I'm not mistaken, at least as far as Cuds on coins.com is concerned. Good luck

Agreed,a spike head is a die crack. The reverse looks like a minor Struck Through Grease.

@Bate, I agree with @john1 about the grease-filled die on the rev and with @waynoah83 that the obv has a linear plating bubble--not a die crack.
