Stoneman227, thank god you grabbed all of the good stuff as soon as you could! I bet now these varieties aren't cheap anymore. Edit: BTW, I bought 2 truly OBW rolls of circulated Kennedy halves on ebay. I'll post it here if I find anything good.

Oh yeah Stoneman227! If you ask me, I'm really pumped about this as it's my first time going through Kennedy half Rolls. The rolls are from Loomis.

Argghh, this makes me flummoxed! I had a windfall, where a liquor store owner sold me a few hundred in large coin that he had tossed into a bag. There were quite a few Kennedys. It seemed that half of them had something wrong... DD, missing/or very weak designer initials, offset, etc. I was only saving the very best of them, because I was reading that Kennedys were only popular in high grade. Now I wish I had saved more.

They will come back around on the next orbit. (When they run out of booze and need to hit the stash of coins to get what they need) Welcome Amateur.

Nice find USSID18! I like that Struck Through error. It's interesting.

I live in a unique area where there is a casino nearby & it's a fading retirement town. I'm getting creative in my coin searching. My #1 is to reward them with a bag of avocados from my tree. No one can resist my avocados, lol.

Here is a missing designer's initials. I have a few in varying stages, but this 1972-D is completely gone. The other is from a 2000-D. I really don't know what the marks to the right of the right wing are, but I'm pretty sure they're not PMD.

Hmmmm, I don't know justanamateur. I think I see the "G" from here. Those hits on the wings? Look like hits PMD. JMHO Might need a few other opinions.

I'd have to agree with USSID18 justanamateur. Having that 72 graded would be a hard push to make the No FG designation. I just sent three off and one came back "weak FG" when I thought it was gone. It's either there or it's not. They are out there so keep eyes peeled

Thank you so much for the input, guys. I'm learning more & more every day from here. And thank you for the link. I of course use that site often, but I don't always know where to look if I don't know what to call it. I have quite a few coins put aside with weak lettering. I'm guessing they'll mostly or all be Struck Through Grease. Now I can revisit those coins & see.
