1970 S Penny Small Or Large Please Help

Kenny181 New Member United States 20 Posts	Posted 05/22/2018 01:10 am 1970s it looks like the S is too close to the 9 in the 7 and I'm not sure if it's a doubling or or not and also it looks a little off center can you please tell me what you think I'm new this thank you.
