Just Machine Doubling. You can see the reduction of the devices and it's shelflike in appearance.

Note the 'R' on AMERICA. Note how thin the top of the 'R' is. That is device reduction. A sure sign for Machine Doubling. Look for hub doubling on the center areas of the devices, not on the edges. MD hangs out there.
