1970s it looks like the S is too close to the 9 in the 7 and I'm not sure if it's a doubling or or not and also it looks a little off center can you please tell me what you think I'm new this thank you.

It's a large date. The bottom of the 7 is below the bottom of the 0. First thing I look for.
