Either gotten squeezed by a Plier or simply logged in between some mechanical device! either way it is a damaged coin and after it left the mint. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 06/08/2018 3:44 pm Its a zinc coin. They don't have lamination. They may have peeling plating or struck through a peel. But what this reminds me of is the kind of pliers you use to fasten a solder less end on a wire. Most have red/yellow colaspable ends on them.
