Unidentified Roman Coin - Anyone Know What It Is?

The yellow brass color indicates orichalcum. The Sestertius was a common unit of measuring wealth. Think of it as similar to a dollar That makes the dupondius like a half dollar and the copper "as" being half a dupondius would be like a quarter. Report this Post to the Staff
