I found this in a bulk wholesale lot of foreign coins, its rather worn, but anyone have a clue as to what it might be?

Definitely. Could be an as or a sestercius, depending on the size and weight

Radiate spikes
It is a dupondius ie a "half of a Sestertius" of Antoninus Pius.
The yellow brass color indicates orichalcum.
The Sestertius was a common unit of measuring wealth.
Think of it as similar to a dollar
That makes the dupondius like a half dollar and the copper "as" being half a dupondius would be like a quarter.

Hmmm, I don't see this particular reverse variety in the wild winds database, perhaps its a new variety?

The reverse seems to be Fortuna standing right, holding rudder and cornucopiae. The dates are pretty well worn away but it could be this one:

One blessing here is that there are darn few coins of this reign with the reverse figure standing right!
