1987-D Kenedy Half Dollar With Raised Grid Across Face

I have a 1987D Kennedy half dollar that has a raised grid across the face. It is has five lines from top to bottom and three lines from left to right. They are raised not gouges or scratched. Has any body seen or heard of this type of error

They are gouges that have raised edges from being plowed with a box knife. (incuse mark in the center raised edges on each side. It is PSD. Someone had too much time on their hands.

Yep I agree too that the blade pushed up metal on both sides of these scratches. Most often we only see the metal "smushed" up on one side. Perhaps in the case the blade was perpendicular to the surface, but usually not perpendicular and the metal is biased to one side.
