Can not get and decent pictures of proofs to save my soul. Darkened the background and I think these show the lines around Washingtons head without the glare from the fields.

Try rotating your coin 180 degrees (1/2 turn) from what you usually take your images. It works nice with the light and shadows over the area you want to enhance.
