1989 P Nickel With F3 Error

I have in 1989 p with a F3 error below the neck.
Someone tell me exactly why it's there also if it's a rarity

Are you sure that it doesn't FS? Hard to tell from your photo.
That would be normal for the nickel.

It is FS, just need to hold it in the right direction.

That's FS on the initials, not F3.
