I have a 1924-D dime that the entire date is doubled and the "B" in Liberty. Does anyone have any information on this mint error or where I can find some?

With no listings for '24-D on the Wexler and Variety Vista sites I would say the best possible case would be Mechanical Doubling which happens during the minting process and is usually never a value added feature.
