1986-P-Washington-Quarter-With-Double-Mint-Mark

This is what appears to be a double mint mark from a 1986 P Washington quarter. Looking to see if this is correct. Thank you.

It would be called an RPM,but yours looks like damage.

Better pictures would help. I can't tell if it's damaged, or if it has Die Deterioration Doubling, caused by a worn die issue. http://www.error-ref.com/die-deteri...on-doubling/

1986-P-Washington-Quarter-With-Double-Mint-Mark

This is a really hard one to get a picture of. This is the best I can do. Upon closer inspection to the left of the "P" it does look more like deterioration than a double-mark.
