Looks like rolling lines on the stock material and die polishing lines are issue on this coin. If the weight is under that also would not surprise me. But they may have way over polished the dies. Not that the dies look that much weaker, but the polishing left very deep scratches on the fields. The rolling lines show on the tops of the deeper devices. (bust) Not a keeper.
