Split plating on the MM, the rest of the coin just a crappy plating process with zinc gas bubbles - yours is an extreme example. And the raised lines are die cracks

The cents looked like that for a while till the figured out that had an issue with zinc dust. After a rince before plating, it helps a lot. But a lot of them looked bad for a while. Still see this at times.
