Need Help Iding Two Unknown Roman/Provincial Ancients

I received these two in a bulk lot, and I'm not sure what to make of them. The first appears to have an image of Nike or other winged figure standing, and the reverse seems to have standards (maybe).
The second is in very poor condition. While the reverse may be totally unreadable, the obverse may have a standing figure with arm stretched out to the left.
