This coin looks uncirculated, but is severely discolored. So much so that after several attempts at finding a perfect focus on the obverse, I can't get it better than the image below.

Dark tone. Hard to grade from these photos. Can you add some with better lighting?

If it were mine, I'd give it a dip. Nothing to lose in my opinion. In fact, this is the PERFECT candidate for a dip. It may end up looking pretty nice.
