1982 D Washington Quarter DDO?

I found a 1982 D quarter that looks like it may be a doubled die. Please help.

As old as this thread is, I still thought OP should know: ALL 1982 Quarters from ANY mint are DDO. The doubling was on the master die for that year.

1982 has master die doubling on IGWT.

The swelling of the master hub pushes the devices towards the rim.
1982-D-Washington-Quarter-DDO?
This as corrected the next year with a new master hub.
This has been happening over several years.

When Machine Doubling happened that year, it pushed the devices almost over the edge of the rim:
1982-D-Washington-Quarter-DDO?
1982-D-Washington-Quarter-DDO?
This was fixed the following year with a new master hub:
1982-D-Washington-Quarter-DDO?
If they had changed it during the year, then there would have been a large and small date example, but the waited until 1983 to correct the issue.

Note the size of the head and the motto.
