Any idea how this happened . Manufacturer error or PMD, looks like the T IN TRUST was removed with near surgical precision and just past where the T Should have been A little bump of coin like wart. I don't usually ask about these because I've seen alot stranger looking things that almost always turn out to be ware and damage, any input

@MNG, first welcome to CCF. Second, it is a little hard to see from this pic, but there could be a well-placed gouge on this coin that happened to line up with the letter T.
