I've tried to read up on or match it with other listing but figured I'd ask if someone seen this? concerning the last two 00 in date looks like a faint punched 9 under the middle 0
If it is raised, then it could be a die gouge. If it is incuse, then it could be coin damage. Neither is a premium for the coin. Think about it? how could hubbing create a 9 on that date? So it is not something transferred from the hub. So it is not a doubled die. Things happen to the a die and things happen to coins. Not all of them raise value but most times lower value if they are damaged. But a needed question to know what things are. Now you know and others will after reading this post.
