Not seeing a DDO. Maybe master die doubling which is common for the 1972 P-D-S. Is the coin in a holder?

Similar to your other posts. I think it would be best if you would tell us / point at where you see the doubling and on which device instead of us just saying it is not a DD. share your thoughts.

Nice close up photos. However, appears to be Machine Doubling to me.

Also MD doubling seen on the left side of the devices. (LIBERTY) normal sized devices.

You don't have DDO-003. It's not even close. Yiu have a normal Lincoln Memorial cent.

It is not DDO-003, it does not have any notching, separation, or extra thickness. It has no characteristics similar to a real doubled die.

I'm sorry that some of us may be a little too blunt in their responses, but I agree that your coin does not look at all similar to DDO-003. No one is trying to put you down or dissuade you from posting, we are just trying to quickly inform you that your coin is not a DDO. Hopefully, you will use this coin and compare it a real DDO to find what makes a DDO a DDO and a normal coin a normal coin (Coop's graphic should help a lot).

Also, this hobby takes a lot of patience. Those who give up after being corrected on their first few posts probably don't have the patience or determination to actually learn for themselves how to identify a true DDO or similar variety.
