Looks like a contact mark, not a doubled ear.

WDDO-002 would be much smaller.

Note the lobe is flattened, not raised or enlarged. Just normal.

The earlobe took a well placed hit and was flattened by Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Not an Doubled Die Obverse.
