Just Machine Doubling. Note how the tops of the devices are flattened? That happens after a normal die had struck a coin and the slightest movement in any direction alters the devices. These are common. Machine made. A doubled die has the doubling on the die. It enlarges the devices instead of reducing the devices like on your coin. I was hoping to go to a site and show the differences, but all three sites we use often do not have a listing for the mint year that your coin is.
