Would you consider this a keeper and also would this be a toned coin? I found this in my dime hoard today. Looks so beautiful but pictures just dont do it justice.

It shows very heavy Environmental Damage, which is considered Post Strike Damage ( PSD), meaning that all of this happened after the coin left the U.S. Mint. It's only worth face value and it's not a keeper.
