1958 D (Lincoln Wheat Cent / LWC ) Is It Good Or Cleaned Wrong And What Would The Grade Be?

Titles are Important! * This one surprised me when I saw it in with all the dirty coins. I got them from my grandpa in a bucket, some were in rolls.
