Would this be a struck through error? Second What is up with all the bubbles on the reverse? There are even some areas on the reverse such as over "ONE" where it looks like significant die drops? Right hand corner of the shield it looks like the die slipped? Also is there a significant amount of MD going on? Sorry in advance for the glare on some of these...
