And my vote is genuine tone . If someone tried to produce an AT they would have done a better job with a lot more crazy colors .

Agree with mdh. Also, looking at the enlarged photo, full bell lines? Unless concealed by the glare. These command a higher price. Nice coin!

I went proof based on the fields, I have a few proof franklins that look like satiny business strikes

I am leaning toward artificial. I've seen too many gassed Ikes with this same blotchy blue color. However, the color isn't spread all over the coin either, which is typical of AT coins.
