Hey Guys, I've seen this before but don't recall how it's referred to (struck through?). Is a die chip on the N of in and is the mint mark an RPM or OMM? Thanks

There are different terms for this worn die phenomenon, including "ghosting".

PIDT on reverse. The other issues mentioned on obverse seem to reflect a late die state as well. Symptoms seem to flow outward towards the rim. Thanks, Doug.
