Eyes4Error Pillar of the Community United States 710 Posts	Posted 02/13/2019 03:06 am Ahhh... I think you are asking about the lumpy surface of the coin? Well 1983 is a zinc cent. Zinc cents tend to bubble and rot... some can look super bumpy... Is that what you are asking about? I would say you coin is a bit misaligned on the obverse, or off center.
