Bought a 2006 ASE.

My coin store friend searched through about 50 coins to find the one most blemish-free.

I too have received coins from Renal. They were very nice, and became a valued part of my collection.

Regarding my most recent "buy," it was no big deal, but I did purchase a 1964 JFK, BU. I like to buy them because of the appearance, silver content, plus they (the date) remind me of one of the many happy times in my life. In this case, college years and starting my independence.

This evening I just wondered if the exchange offices have coins and asked one.
The guy told me he had only 2 Euros, when I asked which countries' he was surprised.
So was I. a guy buying and selling those coins but never thought to look at the back:) He thought all of them are same.

Anyway, I got myself a Greek, an Italian and a German 2 Euros, slightly circulated but thats what you get for face value:)

If I already listed this "buy" somewhere in this thread, I apologise.

I bought my first ever French coin. It is large, looks like about 40mm, and very attractive. Also, I assume there is high silver content.

Wish I was computer literate enough to post a picture.

50 Francs, 1978, AU.
