The reverse looks like it has some extreme late stage die wear, resulting in the doubling you see. The obverse looks like it has some die wear, Machine Doubling, and some evidence of a DDO. The date looks like it has some mild doubling, with split serifs on the mint mark. Wait until more people share their opinion to be sure though. Report this Post to the Staff

Had my doubts because of lessons on Die Deterioration from this site, but I will say though that I have not seen one of these in my searching. Report this Post to the Staff
Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74906 Posts	Posted 02/22/2019 10:55 am You coin shows Die Deterioration Doubling, Machine Doubling, and Die Deterioration, caused by a worn die issue, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint. You could get it attributed by Wexler or variety vista if there is a hard time determining if the obverse is truly a doubled die. Report this Post to the Staff
