Interesting cent you have there. The reverse looks like it has some extreme late stage die wear, resulting in the doubling you see. The obverse looks like it has some die wear, Machine Doubling, and some evidence of a DDO. The date looks like it has some mild doubling, with split serifs on the mint mark. Wait until more people share their opinion to be sure though.
I agree the reverse is die wear doubling but I can see evidence of a doubled die obverse. You could get it attributed by Wexler or variety vista if there is a hard time determining if the obverse is truly a doubled die.
