Pardon my ignorance regarding the terminology but what is meant by "MS Details Reprocessed"?

I figured they could be cleaned up. Anyone have an idea of what that process is? I found this link: http://goccf.com/t/7173

They are replated in either steel or zinc altering the surfaces. Hence the details designation. Often done to simulate mint luster

I don't know guys it doesn't look reprocessed to me ,it just doesn't have that high chrome color to it . Sticking my neck out again , MS-65 .

AU details, reprocessed. The luster is too bright and no frost or cart wheel.

I don't think it's been replated, I'm with the Bop. I think the out of focus reverse picture is tricking people.

It is hard to tell from two out of focus pictures whether the coin is plated or not. The obverse seems a MS grade.

The rims do not appear to be plated, they look a little grungy like they should. And the obverse is mint state with natural looking surfaces....IMO.

Perhaps you're right, but I still lean toward reprocessed - only sharper pics will resolve this.
