Comparing to 1992 WDDO-02 with extra eye lid, doubling in beard, die gouge below second A in America. Or am I seeing things again?

Not a DDO. I think the beard thing is part of the design that year and I see no doubled eyelid on your coin. Also,that is not a die gouge on your coin it looks like a plating issue.

EDIT: The eye thing I think was debunked from a doubled eye lid to just a die gouge.
