Again, Nothing there. It is circulation wear on a coin that was struck by a somewhat worn die.

" DDO" specifies the obverse of the coin. This is the reverse of the coin, thus " DDR" would have been the correct term to use.

They stand for "doubled die obverse" and "doubled die reverse" respectively.

And I agree with Bill that this is a normal coin with die wear.
