1982 LMC / Die Cap Error?

Good morning everyone. I had a single roll of coins laying around for about a week and after opening it today, this is what I came across. Great condition. Is the correct terminology a "Die Cap"? I've seen similar coins on here but I'm unsure what they were called. Here are a few images....

Thanks everybody! I lit up as soon as I realized what I was looking at. It makes,me wonder how it could go unnoticed all this time, or where it's been hiding. Either way, it found a home!

Looks like a struck through rotating die cap. Note the slight movement marks on the left sides the bust and the 'IN' devices being move a bit.
