First off....I like your forum name! LOL Welcome to the CC forums!

I have to somewhat disagree. Rolls of 2008P-D will increase in value. If you look at ebay, these rolls are already going about 2x face plus shipping.

Individual coins are another story, probably not worth saving unless you can put together an unc BU roll yourself. That said, most collectors prefer OBW rolls. Cent rolls are always a decent investment play. You're certainly not going to get rich, but they do appreciate.

I also noticed that rolls of 2008 Lincolns are getting more expensive on ebay. Who knows.....

.....that's the scenario probably !.....regardless, it'll be interesting to see won't it ?.....
They'll be a happy group of collectors, though, who've spent years already putting together a "full detailed year and mintmark set" from 1909 right up to 2009 !!.......that'd be a proud set to have for sure !....
