For those that purchased the RCM version, any ship confirmation yet?

Btw, my US version is set to arrive Thursday. If anyone gets it before can you post some pics. Assuming you're not sending them in for grading.

My tracking shows movement with expected delivery on Thursday.

Still no e-mail.

Same here, JB.

When did the "4-5 Day" standard shipping turn into 10-15 days? You and I aren't that far from Memphis. The weakest link used to be USPS, but now it takes FedEx a week to move something 500 miles?

I'm not in a hurry for the shipment but wondering where the inefficiencies lie. Every time an item is transferred is a chance for damage / loss.

Mine arrived Sunday morning at the first stop it usually makes (in Georgia) before heading out to Charlotte (which it did this morning).

From Charlotte it will go to the PO.

Foxwoods Man:

Sorry to have been part of that "hijack" of focusing on a current ASE issue that's not appropriate for this thread. I did not know another thread was more fitting, it's hard to keep up with all that pop-up. I will quickly review the listings to try to fit my comments in the appropriate thread the next time.

I just sent an email asking why orders placed in the afternoon are being fulfilled before those placed in the morning. Don't expect much of it, but it's clearly not right.

Got a response from Gatewest Coin.
They said they prioritize "existing customers" without address or billing issues over new customers, and those who purchased more than just the Pride of Two Nations set. That's why my order was cancelled while others' were supposedly fulfilled.
I had an existing account with no issues, so it seems they cancelled my order because I wasn't "longstanding" enough or didn't buy enough. That's a great way to maintain/earn customers.

Also, ftr, my US sets are expected tomorrow. I never received a shipping email.

They apparently went to a different business school than I did. That's a sure way to limit growth of new customers. They pulled that same thing on me, cancelling the order after it was placed, and I won't bother to waste my time with them again. I ended up ordering my sets from the Italian dealer. APMEX is currently selling the US sets for $179 and the RCM sets for $199 -- not much of a premium.

I ordered my 5 sets last Wed. at 11:04 am, confirmed at 11:57 am CST. Shipping was confirmed on Fri. July 6. I also have an account but I'm not a heavy buyer at all, this is only my 4th purchase since 2011. I guess I got lucky or maybe Gatewest Coin is wrong

Good luck with your sets!.

I responded with an email to that effect. Not that it'll matter, since they don't seem to care about their customers. But it's a bit cathartic for me.

To clarify, this was about my attempt to purchase the RCM set from them about a week and a half ago. It's way back in this thread somewhere (around page 11 or 12).

I'll be working from home tomorrow to sign for mine.

No "shipped" email here yet either but I am able to track where it is on UPS.com.

APMEX has 31 sets of RCM PCGS 70 (FS) left.

Like Fox said, it's probably the most cost effective way to buy these RCM graded set.

At the same price, it's a no brainer to buy your graded RCM set over the USM set.

My raw USM sets that I ordered from the USM will probably stay raw, unless I see some value in submit for grading (looking at the cost breakdown that Fox mentioned in the other thread, I don't think it's worth it to get these grade..... MAY BE JUST SENDING IN THE ASE FOR GRADING MAKE MORE $$$ SENSE?
