The numerical grade almost won't matter with this specimen. Circulated then harshly cleaned.

The lady told me she cleaned them with tomato juice. I only paid $1 each so oh well

Figures , another Tomato juice cleaned coin . My suggestion for this coin is continue dipping it but do not
rub . Then find ways to naturally retone it .You not losing anything but $1 .The coin was a gonna anyway .
Don't know if you want to use moxking's method of toning unless you can find News paper without any printing .
