First and foremost Welcome!

To me it appears as deteriorating die issue, which is not a doubled die. But I'd wait for more knowledgeable members to chime in!

I see Die Deterioration ( Ridge Ring) going on and maybe Die Deterioration Doubling as well?

Probably, but a sharper image would help, especially given the lighting angle.

But with that direction being affected, it is probably a DDD (die-Deterioration-Issue) issue. On way to tell if you see the same thing going on with LIBERTY, but on the left side of the devices.
